Bullying Amy Willerton – unacceptable behaviour

Everymodelmag Blog

So last night we saw Amy do her very best to attempt to create a calmer atmosphere in camp on I’m a Celeb, despite the situation created being no fault of her own. This is typical behaviour from a victim of bullying. A bullied individual will attempt to create peace even when not at fault. Largely out of fear and intimidation.

There is a great article released today in The Daily Star. Take a look online. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/showbiz-tv/im-a-celebrity-get-me-out-of-here/353844/I-m-a-Celebrity-Lucy-Pargeter-out-to-get-jungle-beauty-Amy-Willerton

More support is needed for victims of bullying. Anyone can be a victim and so many people are. It simply isn’t acceptable to be insulting, vindictive or behave in a bullying manner towards anyone.

Do people actually think that if someone is aesthetically beautiful that somehow they have less or no feelings?

More support is needed for victims of bullying. Anyone can be a victim and so many people are. It simply isn’t acceptable to be insulting, vindictive or behave in a bullying manner towards anyone.

Do people actually think that if someone is aesthetically beautiful that somehow they have less or no feelings?

It is widely recognised that it is unacceptable to be rude about a persons appearance. It is therefore surely equally unacceptable to demean those we consider to be beautiful, or too thin? Or is it?

The ‘weight debate’ is constantly an issue within the modelling industry. There are many variables involved in a persons weight. And just because someone is slim does not automatically mean they are anorexic or have an eating disorder. Is it acceptable to call someone ‘fat’? No. It is considered an insult. So why is it ok to say ‘You are too thin. You look emaciated.’ A comment heard way too often by models who are in actuality fit, healthy and naturally thin. If there is to be a rule it has to apply to everyone surely?

Editor of Every Model Magazine, Ruth Deane is often interviewed about such issues. She tells us of one particular example that appalled her.

Ruth tells us, “Radio FiveLive interviewed me alongside Dr Julia Long a couple of years ago. We were discussing beauty pageants. She asked me why, and I quote, “A big fat hairy lesbian didn’t win Miss World”. I remember thinking how utterly disgusting this comment was. Aside from bringing a persons sexuality unnecessarily into the subject it was an assuming, crude and ridiculous thing to say. Beauty is what it is. What we all find to be beautiful is personal. If we were to be presented with a bowl of pretty flowers or a bowl of sewage – which would our senses deem to be the most attractive? That has nothing to do with ‘social perception’ or ‘media influence’. That’s down to science. People should be more aware of the reality around them than attempting to gain points or kudos or whatever it is they think they stand to gain from belittling, insulting or bad mouthing any human being for the way they look”.

Bullied for being beautiful (Amy Willerton)

What do the public think about this?

Everymodelmag Blog

Seemingly the females in the jungle are finding it difficult to like Amy Willerton. And why? Because she is beautiful. How ridiculous!
With such dreadful assumptions and cruel accusations based on zero evidence and despicable bitchy comments, it would be forgiven if Amy was to crack under such pressure. But she hasn’t. A wonderfully calm and accurate comeback comment last night of , “I enter pageants full of young girls, and not once have I experienced bitchy behaviour like this”. Too true Amy. A little knowledge and a big portion of ignorance makes for a vile person. Keep strong in there and continue to maintain your dignity. You are supported and backed 100% by a huge number of people.
Silly, silly Annabel and her cock sure “I’m on to her” comment. What an awkward and embarrassingly inaccurate thing to say about another human being you know absolutely nothing about. And…
